I injured my knee on New Year’s Eve afternoon last year and Dr Lawrence saw me right away. I had x-rays done and was fitted for a knee brace and given medication for the inflammation. I wasn’t made to feel like I was inconveniencing anyone during these extended holiday hours. I apologized for taking their time on a holiday and they reassured me that they were there to help me and I was not a bother to any of them. I would definitely use Ortho Now in the future for orthopedic emergencies.
Just called and this is no urgent care facility. Because of my insurance I have to have a referral then they will review my referral and make an appointment... why would I go to them if I have to do the same thing with better dr's that dont work off of what they can get and work to help the patient...
I called Ortho Now On 7-31-2019 I explained to the young lady that answered the phone, that I needed to come in and be seen four a tennis elbow. I told her that I would be self-pay, It went from a very pleasant conversation to very disappointing one, When I told her I was self Pay..
