For as much as Parkview charges for services it is very disappointing that I drove over to have my daughter seen one hour before closing today and the facility was closed.
Went to the walk in clinic. Was told there were 7 in front of me. Waited 90 minutes and asked. Was told there was still 9 in front of me. Waited for another hour then I left. ER would have been quicker
If I could leave zero stars I would. Broke my ankle 15 days ago and have been waiting for test results to determine if I need surgery or not. Test results are a good 10 days late and I've received no communication or help whatsoever from this highly unprofessional "business" I even had to drive a good 40 minutes to the office for my appointment just for them to tell me they don't have my results. Couldn't even be bothered to call me and tell me that beforehand.
Poor office staff...horrible experience!
