Excellent customer service, excellent inventory and price! 5 stars!
We had such a great experience here with Thomas and Ella. I’m not the easiest buyer to work with but they were so patient and really took their time showing me options and explaining differences. Could not recommend this place more.
I bought a complete bed at the Laguna Hills store and when they delivered it to me, they placed it on the floor without the base. I went back to the store and they charged me an extra 50.00 for the base, even though when I bought it, the salesperson informed me that it would be complete. Be careful because after you pay, they don't resolve anything. They promise everything until you pay, but then they don't.
