Scammer! Please save yourself and do not buy from ortho mattress. They are not behind they warranty and quality control. I bought an item from them and loved it, so I bought it again. The box packaging is the same but the inside materials are completely different. I found for a warranty, they acknowledged it is fall under the warranty policy but told me they can't give me a replacement since the item is out of stock and will no longer be restock.
