My husband and I went shopping for a new mattress on January 10, 2025. We chose Ortho Mattress on Lincoln because my husband remembered it had been in business there for many years. Scammer! Please save yourself and do not buy from ortho mattress. They are not behind they warranty and quality control. I bought an item from them and loved it, so I bought it again. The box packaging is the same but the inside materials are completely different. I found for a warranty, they acknowledged it is fall under the warranty policy but told me they can't give me a replacement since the item is out of stock and will no longer be restock. Purchased my mattress just about 3 years ago and had a great experience when deciding which mattress was for me and the salesman was very nice and helpful. Now fast forward and my recent experience was quite the opposite. The main reason I chose my mattress is because of the warranty, I was told that if my bed had indentations that it would be covered and that my mattress would be replaced.
