Kristin was wonderful! Helped me pick out the perfect mattress for my 9 year old.
Kristen at the Manhattan Beach location was helpful and patient with our decision making process. :-) We purchased the mattress on Friday. It was delivered the next day. Great Service!
Went in looking for an emergency pillow and Kristin was really nice and helpful.
Kristin was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! Very friendly and not pushy at all. We were in and out of the store in 30 minutes.
Customer Service at its best! Ortho itself was great they had a full selection and we found exactly what worked for us. Denny at the Manhattan Beach store was GREAT! We had a few issues that he took care of immediately. No pressure and great service! Our experience was wonderful! Everyone was SO nice and helpful!
