This was my fourth time buying from Ortho and every time I walk away humbled and impressed by the staff and quality of mattresses. Edmond helped me this time and I was fortunate enough to be given a great deal on a great mattress. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I highly recommend Edmond and the rest of the team at the Costa Mesa location and would definitely continue to support this family business.
I got a mattress, based and metal frame, the mattress was dirty, the based was ripped and the metal frame was no complete, I payed 775, called and sent an email they never replied. Be careful when you get your stuff, I was in the middle of moving to a new apt and I trusted too much.
