I purchased a floor sample mattress and box spring set for my guest room, along with an upgraded frame. Donald helped me with choosing the correct mattress comfort level for a variety of different types of “sleepers”, ie, guests. He made everything easy and called to confirm that a floor model was indeed available to deliver. His friendly assistance was most appreciated.
