LOVE THE DOCTORS HERE BUT THEIR MAIN OFFICE IS BADLY RUN! I HAD SURGERY HERE AND SOMEONE SENT ME A $2500 BOX OF BANDAIDERS WHICH I DID NOT ORDER. NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR IT! WE THOUGHT THE INSURANCE PAID FOR IT, WRONG THEY WANT US TO PAY FOR IT! ANOTHER OFFICE ONLY WANTING MONEY AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT WELL BEING!
RecommendedI highly recommend Dr. David Rhoads. He is an OUTSTANDING doctor. I had both a knee and shoulder replacement surgery. The incision sites are barely noticeable and joint functions are vastly improved!

Friendly, clean , was good at taking time to answer my question about my TKR. And my pain after.
I have been very pleased with my care. Had a very good result with both knees. They feel like my real knees. They are always very pleasant in the office. The answering service today was very rude to me and I expressed it to them. I am sure the doctor's office has no control over that service.
Excellent care from the front office to the Dr. X-ray, nurses and scheduling. This team took caring to a new level. Thank you! The Covid19 procedures were carried out to the letter!

As usual, the staff was courteous and efficient. I was seen soon after my arrival and dealt directly with the doctor for the purpose of my visit.
