I wouldn’t even have given this company one star if I didn’t have to. I ordered an orthotic from them and paid them full price for it because they wouldn’t get started on it until it was paid in full and I wanted it for my upcoming vacation. They in turn also billed my insurance the full amount and was paid again in full. When I called the company to inform them that they were paid twice and that I would like my money (almost $400) refunded back to me I was told by multiple people “that is not my job.” I asked to speak to th... read more

Worse office I ever visit, been waiting for my sons insoles for 7 months and I'm still waiting, every time I call they always give a excuses, staff very unprofessional they don't know how to direct you not even trying to help you , I wish I could give a 0 star review but then it won't let me post it

I'm only giving it one start because it won't let me leave zero. Do NOT go to this office. My son got measure for inserts December, 2023 and six months later they don't even know where they are although I got a call from them saying they were ready and would shipped them to my home. I've called to ask for my money back (insurance won't pay for them) but they just give me the round around and I can't never speak with a manager. I have never dealt with such horrible service.
