I am definitely not going again to Ortho El Paso. The front office staff is horrible, rude, and uncooperative. When I asked them to take a printout of my insurance card for their reference, the lady said that they do not have the printer to print, and directed me to Walgreens. I will never ever go there. With my PPO insurance, I will go to a place when the patients are treated with respect, and not lies.
I went all the way from westside to get my son examined by Dr. Mitchell (who was very nice), but the staff was horrible. They wanted hard copy of my insurance card. When I told them I can email them right away as I do not have the hard copy, she flatly refused to take the soft copy and told me that they guide the people to the nearest Walgreens to get the printout. Inspite of requesting her several times, I had to go to drive to Waalgreens to get a printout. I will never go to that place again.
