You know what, I have to give it to these guys at Ortho Shipping/Receiving in a world where customer service and communication is a lost art in trucking, they had the decency to explain to me what was going on with my “jacked up” load and come out and apologize for the madness. I waited 6 hours past my appointment but I really appreciate Matt and I believe Rolando (guy with glasses and white hair) for great customer service!
