Dr. Vandernoord is awesome! He made me feel at ease, he thoroughly explained the procedure and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable and confident with him as my doctor. He is not in hurry, like so many physicians can be these days. I saw Dr. “Van” at the Ortho Carolina, Monroe office.
I have never been disappointed with Dr. Vandernoord. As a matter of fact, when I was told he was at a different office, I asked to be rescheduled with him. Highly recommended.
Very kind and compassionate doctor. He listens and takes a fair amount of time without making me feel rushed. His staff was very friendly.
I was initially diagnosed with a spine problem. After consulting with Dr. Vandernoord, he diagnosed bursitis in the hip. Ronald was very compassionate and took the time to diagnose and explain to me in great detail my condition. An injection in the hip was painless and in just one day has started to relieve the pain. Very highly recommended!!!
The most rude, unconpassionate doctor I have dealt. He was in a hurry, did not want to answer my questions. Told me to get on the table and take the injection and leave. Clearly, he is all about the money and not patient care. He could of cared less about my concerns. Basically, I’m a hypochondriac.
