I was worried about having my braces removed. The doctor was more than perfect in every way: first and foremost, he was humane, and if I didn't understand something, he tried to explain it differently. He was attentive, very polite, and skilled at his work. On the other hand, I was surprised by the way the woman in charge of payments spoke. She seemed to have been dropped in unannounced. the doctors is very nice with us and he answers any questions we need plus he is patient but when it comes with staff members they not patient with us on top on thats the way thats they giving information with rude manner when someone asking for clarification they need give answers i ask small questions does the insurance cover the cost i am under badget the ways thats he is responding to thats very rude ways she can answer me with polite ways .anyone need to verify treatment and cost before doing treatment .the ways to ask ... read more
Id like to thank everyone at ortho I couldnt be happier with how my teeth and jaw turned out everyone was amazing and accomadating would definetly go here if you are considering braces and their prices were decent as well thank you ortho 101.
