Amazing people 🥰 was in a mom brain day and haha they understood! Also great with kids!
We were very surprised and disappointed by the experience my sister had when she visited your dental clinic. The reception staff treated her in a very poor manner and did not give her the respect and service she deserved. We kindly ask that you review this situation, because this kind of treatment is not acceptable and does not reflect the standard of care we expect from your clinic.
Great customer service from Randeep and the team at ortho 101. Always fitting my family in short notice, friendly, professional and great results. Both my kids have had work done there and are very pleased with the results. highly recommend!
Honestly, I don’t mind going there, but the thing is that I have to go there every month to get my wire and power chain switched up so yeah and I’ve had my braces for 10 months so I don’t mind going there, but I don’t like the pain of the braces, but I thought Through it even though it’s hard, you still can manage through the pain even though it sucks but it’s OK. Ortho 101 has changed my life for the better. Dr. Chana & his staff (including Paula the lovely receptionist) have truly made such a positive impact. They have fixed/ dealt with the mistakes made by my previous orthodontist. I have been riding the Ortho journey on and off since 2013. I have to travel 4-5 hours (give or take) from a very very northern community here in Alberta. Dr. Chana and his team make the drive beyond worth it.
