I’ve lived at Ortega Village for the past 5 years and have seen several management changes during that time. Some were better than others. But without question, Vicki has been the best property manager we’ve had. Even though she’s always busy running the community, she still makes time to handle resident issues with patience and professionalism. I really regret moving here. I’ve lived here for 2 years, through several new management companies, each more incompetent than the last. The original owners were decent and I felt like they cared, but the two after seem to solely be in it for the money. The previous management used to offer pest control, but since then I’ve been having palmetto bugs getting into my apartment. A/C goes out in the middle of summer? They don’t care. Que Decepción tan grande y no se que palabras definir a este tipo servicio. El Lunes 05/05!2025 estuve en dicho condominio después del mediodía, al principio muy contento con el trato de Laura, pero pasada las 24 horas recibo, recibo un mensaje de ella, que debo enviarle una serie de información con Documentos, en PDF los estados del banco, paychecks del trabajo, y otros más, por mi horario de trabajo, traté de enviarle dicha información, pero mi computadora no tiene esos tipos programas diría yo, de hecho, no sé mucho de co... read more

When I first moved here it was ok, eventually neighborhood kids took over the pool area and no steps were taken to stop the disturbances, moved into another apt and had a roach infestation, finally moved into another apt that solved those 2 problems but now I have derelict cars parked where they shouldn't be, large ugly commercial vehicles and an apparent construction dumping grounds right outside my back patio.
