Hello I’m supposed to be a new tenant and with this whole process I can say I’m completely fed up one when I tour the unit I was allowed to tour the unit when someone just freshly moved out, so there was no cleaning done when I tour the unit not only was there roaches. The apartment was completely disgusting. I’ve been living here for almost a year. It’s an affordable place to live and it’s close to Orange Park and many other conveniences. However, the one thing I don’t like is that the walls are very thin, and for months I’ve been able to hear my neighbors’ kids almost every night, which has been affecting my sleep. However Vicky and the maintenance guy Willy from the Bronx are great.
I’ve lived at Ortega Village for the past 5 years and have seen several management changes during that time. Some were better than others. But without question, Vicki has been the best property manager we’ve had. Even though she’s always busy running the community, she still makes time to handle resident issues with patience and professionalism.
