Walter and his father, Frank, were always on time and provided detailed information about the materials and methods they use for roof replacement. I'm truly satisfied with the work completed. My new roof and siding were installed excellently, and new doors were put in place. Curtis is absolutely first-rate. He went above and beyond, doing numerous additional tasks without being asked. You can really see that he aims to ensure your satisfaction. This is what makes a roofing service exceptional. I'm absolutely satisfied with the administrative staff at this roofing business. Huge props to Curtis for his timeliness, professionalism, and amiability. The roofing team also warrants recognition for their politeness and the neat work area they maintained. I've utilized their services previously in Paterson and was happy then as well. Ortega & Sons Roof Repair operates with a crew that is genuinely hardworking and honest. I required minor roofing work and sought quotes from three different sources. Ortega & Sons Roof Repair, however, identified issues that weren't directly related to my roof and didn't need any repairs, unlike what I was told by the others. Rather than exploiting me financially, they were transparent and informed me that the other spots were related to gutter issues that didn't necessitate any roofing repairs.
