I was having probems with my boiler related to radiant heat issues. I called Jake. Not only did he address the issue, his employee Kenny, worked closely with me to address issue and test system to my satisfaction, even giving up a portion of his Saturday to come help test the system. This company does quality work and employs customer service oriented individuals. I will continue to call on Ortega Quality Mechanic for my regular maintenance as well as repairs.
My neighbor referred me to Ortega Quality Mechanical for my HVAC needs. Nothing much, just insuring the system is working properly for the high temperature of summer. I scheduled an appointment and Kelly, the tech, arrived on time and was very courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and informative. I highly recommend this company...solid 5 star!
I have an older AC unit that requires F22 refrigerant. I called Ortega to maybe schedule service, but I wanted to know what they charge per pound for F22 refrigerant to put into my unit. It's a simple question, and I understand the initial fee to diagnose what's going on with my unit and am willing to pay for it. In the past ive needed 2 to 3 lbs of refrigerant. They did a swamp cooler to AC conversion. Their prices were great and they installed top end components. What a great company! From Nick who provided a very professional and detailed estimate to Luis and his crew and the very clean installation. From the begining to the end, everyone was professional and friendly. I highly reccomend them for all your plumbing needs. 1
Excellent, knowledgeable service, fair pricing and wonderful customer service. A connection broke from our dryer vent at the wall during a routine maintenance; we were referred to this company. Kelly came that very evening and worked until dark to replace the ductwork. He explained everything to my husband and was very friendly and kind. We definitely recommend these folks!
