I own a rental home in Albuquerque and my property manager always uses OQM. They do good work, as you would expect, but beyond that... I recently overpaid an invoice and it was entirely my fault. When I spoke to Jake he was super understanding and refunded *my mistake* immediately. No "5-10 business days," no "we'll look into it and get back to you," immediately.
Hired Ortega Quality Mechanical to clean my dryer vent. Glad I did. It was discovered that there was over 50% blockage in the duct. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and did a great job.
I was having probems with my boiler related to radiant heat issues. I called Jake. Not only did he address the issue, his employee Kenny, worked closely with me to address issue and test system to my satisfaction, even giving up a portion of his Saturday to come help test the system. This company does quality work and employs customer service oriented individuals. I will continue to call on Ortega Quality Mechanic for my regular maintenance as well as repairs.
My neighbor referred me to Ortega Quality Mechanical for my HVAC needs. Nothing much, just insuring the system is working properly for the high temperature of summer. I scheduled an appointment and Kelly, the tech, arrived on time and was very courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and informative. I highly recommend this company...solid 5 star!
I have an older AC unit that requires F22 refrigerant. I called Ortega to maybe schedule service, but I wanted to know what they charge per pound for F22 refrigerant to put into my unit. It's a simple question, and I understand the initial fee to diagnose what's going on with my unit and am willing to pay for it. In the past ive needed 2 to 3 lbs of refrigerant.
