The service was excellent.
2 young men came to look at why our tankless water heater which was not heating the water. They flushed the system but it did not fix the problem. They said the heat exchanger was leaking oil but actually it was condensation. If they knew how to troubleshoot as our plumber did, they would’ve found the error code that stated the Hot water circulating pump was bad! That is why it was not heating the water!!!
