I would like to definitely recognize Cierra **Hopefully I spelled her name right ;)** She went above and beyond prior to my first visit which happen to be a same day dental emergency visit. The previous dental office I went to the day before had my dental X-Rays, and Cierra was on the ball with making sure they released them to me! The office manager was very sweet as well! Ortega Dental is the BEST. The staff treats you like family and they are so genuine. I have had nothing but great experiences with this office. No one actually likes to go to the dentist, but they make it very easy.

Always a great experience from the time I walk in the door. Staff is wonderful and most importantly both my teens always leave with a smile on their face and tell me how glad they are that they have the coolest dentist and dental hygienist in Jacksonville.
I was a little nervous going in for my procedure. I knew a lot had to be done but the team here is so nice and comfort giving. Dr. Flores is the best dentist I have met. I will recommend Ortega Dentistry for all your dentistry needs 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Just moving into the area I had no idea what dentist to call for an abscessed tooth. After googling on maps, I chose Ortega Dentist. My 2 experiences have been great. From the 1st phone call to schedule to my root canal. Dr. Flores and staff have been amazing.
I have always been afraid of the dentist chair but I swear, if I knew it were this much fun, I wouldn't have waited so long. Ortega Dental is THE best. I would recommend them to everyone (not just the nervous Nellies!) From the super kind and sweet Sierra (the patient care coordinator that sits up front) and magic hands Carla Garcia, who is THE best dental hygienist I've ever had the pleasure of being tortured by.
