I had pain in my shoulder, the doctor took an x ray, nothing showed up, gave me a shoot on the shoulder and didn’t have relief after few hours, so he order an MRI. He showed me an image of a shoulder on his screen, a shoulder in such a bad condition that he said it was tore 80% and the only solution was surgery. I remember having pain and difficulty raising my arm but I didn’t consider it was as bad as he told me. I ask him for a referral for therapy, he wasn’t to happy about it.
