Dr. Flores and his staff I have been great so far. At my initial consultation, they did a thorough examination to see where things were at and provided a realistic assessment based off of that. No pressure to immediately address old fillings or other potential concerns that weren't actually pressing issues. When I had a tooth chip, they were able to fit me in their busy schedule to evaluate and correct it without too long of a wait. Mad respect for the entire staff. Very professional. Kept me informed of every detail. They put me at ease. Recognition for Janessa, Taylor, Dr. Carter, Amanda, and Cindy. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.
My first visit here today went well! The exam went mostly smoothly, and Taylor was super helpful with getting my x-rays done with minimal discomfort or gagging. It surprised me that there wasn't a cleaning after the exam. Fortunately, they were able to get me in for a cleaning later this week.
