It’s been over 10 years since my last visit to a dentist where I had a bad experience. I saw the reviews and decided to give dr. Kim a try. When I walked in was greeted by amazingly friendly staff. Dr. Kim walked me thru everything with patience and talked about all the newest things in dentistry that could help me. Great experience, definitely found my forever dentist
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Ortega Cottage Dentistry. From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted by the friendliest, most welcoming receptionists, and the office itself is so clean, bright, and calming. Dr. Mike Kim is incredibly knowledgeable and patient — he took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I truly understood everything, which I really appreciated. Absolutely the best in every way! Csre, professionalism, kind and gentle - everyone is wonderful. from the front office to Debbie (best hygienist ever) to Dr. Kim! If you want excellence, this is your dentist!!
My latest appointment was quick and easy. After being greeted by the friendly front desk I was immediately introduced to the new hygienist who made my smile gleam again. Dr Kim thoroughly examined my teeth suggesting a quick fix on my next visit. Have navigated other dentistries in the OC and I am fortunate to have discovered Dr Kim and staff.
