The owner yells racial slurs at his employees in front of the customers. A disgusting person.
RecommendedJust filed a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair because the technician did not provide a written estimate prior to my oil change. When I asked specifically for a written estimate they incorrectly told me it was not required. It is required by the state of California.Manager was very rude and argumentative, charging me $40 more than the verbal estimate his technician gave. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
The owners of Ortega Wash & Lube need to teach their cashiers two simple things: 1) How to do math; and 2) How to be polite and friendly.
Been here a few times. My wife has a monthly car wash here. Every time we come, takes way too long. They seem very unorganized and are always goofing off. Place is also kind of dirty and nasty looking. Would be nice if they could clean it up make it look nicer and be more organized.
