Heidi is a phenomenal therapist! Her healing techniques relieved my muscles. Her attention to details and understanding the anatomy left me feeling relaxed and pain free. Definitely would recommend her!
I’ve been a member here for about two years, and I used to genuinely love this gym. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, the experience has gone downhill — even as membership prices have increased. The biggest issue has been cleanliness, especially in the men’s locker room. I’m not sure how I’m paying $200/month for this gym membership (specifically because of the amenities it offers in addition to the weight floor) and there hasn’t been a full week in which all the advertised amenities all work. How does it take nearly a month for the steam room to get fixed? There’s been a sign on the hot tub saying “we’ll keep you updated on an ETA to fix” for over a week with no update at all. The gym is great. It’s clean and well run. The staff is what really stands out though. Big shoutout to Heidi, Erick, and Carlos. They’re consistently friendly, talkative, and always have great energy.
Leaving this review for a 60 min massage with Tanya P. - it was amazing! Highly recommend.
