Just had colonoscopy the staff were amazing the whole thing from walking in the door was a breeze, the worst thing about a colonoscopy is drinking the powders the day before.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this unit this morning 26/04/2025. I was sent there after calling 111 and staff were shockingly rude and dismissive, making an already stressful situation even worse they aggressively told me that 111 were lying in recommending the services they provide as if it were my fault for turning up there and being sick. Hugely grateful to Linda and Linda who single (or double) handedly saved our date night when I broke a toe before going out last year. They reset it and were so lovely and efficient and I have no idea how I would have got myself fixed so quickly without them. I have thought about how kind and human they were in the face of all they have to deal with daily. The queues were alot less than in the major a&e's also. Brilliant unit.
Had the pleasure of the care of expert nurse Sara, who had to work her magic on an issue that couldn't be dealt with by my GP's nurse. Walk in patient, and 5 min wait only. Excellent care & service. Thank you
