Where else can you go with an injury from the weekend without an appointment on a Sunday morning and be seen by health professionals?? This place is an oasis in the hospital desert of A & E endless waiting to just be seen, let alone treated. So patched up, prescription sent to a convenient open pharmacy and leaving within an hour having received excellent treatment with a smile and care. Thank you . Fantastic service. Efficient and helpful front desk. A huge thank you to Nurse Wendy who skillfully salvaged a earring backing that had been swallowed into my 9yo daughter's earlobe. This was done with minimum discomfort for my daughter, having put her mind at ease.
Brilliant. In and out within 40 mins (at 4pm)and it was busy. Wendy saw my son and was amazing with us all, explaining everything and adding some humour too which was much needed. Follow up phone call when Wendy told me it would be, fantastic service and highly recommend for injuries. Wendy needs a gold star
Wow well all I can say is amazing service from staff member Alun Finnigan. We took my daughter to the minor injury as didn’t want to waste time at a&e following throat pain after being given antibiotics. Alun took his time to examine her even though really he didn’t have to .. as we could have just gone to a&e. He checked her throat and felt glands on her neck. And confirmed we were right to be concerned we should immediately take her to Basildon as the glands were very swollen so ended up admitting to ward and had 3 days of... read more
