I had $800 retainer left and called 2 times to get help and now that cindi is gone I got an e mail saying retainer is spent and I never got a call back for help so $800 for a call back I never received???? I've worked with six different attorneys in different specialties for multiple reasons in the last five years. Mr. Orsatti and his staff are the only firm I can recommend with 100% confidence. The patience and diligence received for my unique circumstances was second to none! Resolved my real estate/quitclaim deed issue quickly and efficiently.
I wish I knew then when I walked into your law firm, what I know now and I'll leave it at that. I don't recommend him. His associates are very respectful and helpful but he isn't what I would describe as a civil trial lawyer. A quick buck and fast low dollar settlement lawyer is what I would have to describe him as. Maybe he might be okay in other areas of law but tenant rights, I would say definitely not. James C.
I tried to talk to a lawyer, the receptionist refused to let me even speak with one. At one point answering me with "I don't know", to which I replied "neither do I... that's why I wanna talk with a lawyer." I understand a vetting process, but this was blatantly unprofessional. Contact another practice, obviously this one is too good and well off to communicate with clients. If they're that busy clearly they don't have the time to properly represent you in court.
