I had a very disappointing experience with Orson Air Services - Duct Cleaning. The technician arrived late and wasn’t very friendly. The cleaning process seemed rushed. We just had a new furnace and AC unit installed last fall. Before we made the appointment, we asked if the process would void any warranty with the new units, to which they replied it wouldn’t.
