Orr’s is ALWAYS wonderful!! First and foremost, they are just great people. They aren’t transactional…rather, they build relationships with people. From a special purchase down to resizing a watch, working with Orr’s is always a great experience!
I was having trouble with a watch purchased from a different jeweler. Everything I needed was handled quickly and correctly to fix the error of the previous jeweler. The staff is extremely welcoming and kind. I was working specifically with Sahsa who went above and beyond to help me with everything. 10/10 recommend.
