Service A on our Sprinter 4500 based motorhome. Felt we paid way too much for what seems to have been basically an oil change, and tire tread check. No report that told us much more than that. Estimate was for approx $650. At checkout the charge was approx $750. Seems most of the extra $100 was for DEF - which was only a gallon low and we have plenty of it at home and runs around $10 foir 2 ½ gallons. We Live in Florida and we purchased our Mercedes GLE 450e from Lafontaine Mercedes in Kalamazoo Michigan. The purchase started with a chat and with in a hour I was talking to Roderic and was Working out the details on the purchase. Originally we had visited a Mercedes dealer in our home town twice of which they actually located our car for us at the Lafontaine dealer. Friendly staff but had the car for three hours, worked on 1 1/2 hrs and couldn’t figure out why the car was misfiring at times even though they experienced while test driving it Pretty disappointing
