Horrible, they charged me 1700 for moving expenses, went negative on auction items knowing items weren't worth anything. Danielle Meta, the manager came beforehand, so they knew what the items were worth generally. What I didn't know is they start all items at $5 regardless of worth, some of the items were worth up to a thousand if sold privately.
