Update: “Clifford” called me about the battery debacle & offered to reimburse me the money that I spent for a new battery after I was told to kick rocks. So, I guess this review made it to the GM. I told Cliff that we’re beyond just reimbursing me, & if he wanted to write me a check, he can do so. But I’m not asking for that.
