I've had a great experience with Orr Toyota of Searcy. From my salesman, BJ, to managers, finance, and service, each interaction has been met with friendliness and great service. I'm having my first complimentary oil change today on my 22 Tundra and the staff this morning have all been super friendly. I even picked up this snazzy coffee cup while I waited in their customer service center. I'd definitely recommend Orr Toyota of Searcy. Ask for BJ when you're looking for a ride. He is good people and will take care of you.
I went to Orr Toyota of Searcy this past week because my radio wasn't working. They charged me $200 to diagnose it as a $2700 problem. It was a $5 fuse. Be careful how much you trust their service department. They obviously try to upsell dramatically if whenever they think they can get away with it. Oh, and this was after it took 90 minutes just to patch a flat tire. I may be out the $200, but that's all they'll get from me.
