Everyone was so nice to me. This is a family run business with a huge inventory and very up to date on everything pertaining to tires. I would rate them 100 percent on customer service as well. When I arrived they helped me, Am new to Georgia and asked if they knew where a certain company was and they helped me with that as well. If you get a chance to visit this company, I would recommend you ask for CATHY with a C.
Orr's Tires is a good business. But, it would be a GREAT business if they honored their employees by not interrupting their lunchtime. Often, they require employees to work through lunch if a customer is waiting for service. Please treat your employees the same as you treat your customers. ALWAYS give your employees time for lunch.
Amazing family business with great community spirit. I definitely recommend Orr Tires. I can’t thank them enough for helping me yesterday and trusting me to return to pay remainder of balance for a tire yesterday when I was caught at the end of day with a flat tire and not enough cash in hand to pay full amount. Kathy Orr is an honest and knowledgeable person. Her prices are great and she does not try to make you buy something you don't need. I have been using her for years and never had any type of problem. They only sell tires...not brakes, shocks or any other parts like the bigger shops. If she gives you a price for the tires there are no other added on price for mounting, balancing or disposal fees. The shop is not one of those glitzy shops but it is safe and the prices are right.

Picked up a hitch pin in a tire about a mile away. Stopped because they were the first tire place we saw. Looked a little rough, but I didn't want to risk the tire leaking down so we stopped. Fifteen minutes and $20 later we were repaired and back on the road! I was VERY happy with the service and price.
