My husband and I have rented from Orr for about 7 or 8 years now. They have always been quick to handle any issues we've had. Mary is on top of her game. She's always taken such good care of us. The properties they offer are usually very nice and well kept. Recently we had trouble with our AC unit, we contacted Mary and someone came out the very next morning. I have been renting from them a little over a year and Michael and Mary I have worked the most with. My AC went out last night Mary spent all morning finding someone to come out today knowing it’s so hot. They have been super helpful from even the start of me moving to any time I need them. Thank you so much.
me & my husband rented from them for a year & although some things did get fixed, many didn’t. since we moved in we informed them about the fridge’s condition & all the broken drawers, shelves, etc & they sent maintenance to come & “fix” it but made it look so cheap. these people don’t want to invest in their properties & make things look nice, they just want your money. we recently had an issue because we didn’t give a 30 day notice but for some reason we never reviewed our lease agreement even after showing proof of asking... read more
We have now rented through Orr Property Management for a year and very happy with them! We had issues with our HVAC last year and they were extremely helpful and helped get it fixed very quickly! We recommend them for property management!
As a Real Estate agent, this is the worst property management company to deal with. They are only in business to collect application fees and will avoid answering any phone calls giving updates on weather or not you have been accepted or denied. COMPANY IS A SCAM !!
