We purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership in March after driving over an hour to Longview. During the test drive, we noticed a burning smell and were assured the issue would be addressed. The vehicle has now required THREE service visits in just a matter of weeks. Problems have included overheating, broken belts, repeated check engine lights, electrical/radiator fan issues, and now a complete clutch failure that left the Jeep unable to shift into gear. Drove there from Sunnyvale, to buy a 2022 INFINITI Q60 S . Great experience, great atmosphere Chuck answered ALL the questions about the vehicle. The only thing I was not happy about and the reason for not giving 5 stars was at the time I picked up my vehicle it was not washed but the tank was full....Good job Chuck ! Overall I recommend this place .
