In less than 24 hours, I spoke with the receptionist from Orr plumbing,I forgot her name .I was able to explain my situation and frustration , when I say she was very empathetic and jumped rite on it. Daryl is just awesome. He provides such great customer service. His mannerism made me feel comfortable with moving forward with his company. He was very patient. He explained what it is that he was gonna do I mean, I can go on and on. If you’re looking for a great plumber, go to Orr Plumbing I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
This is my second time using this company and they are perfect. First, I had a gas leak that others could not figure out, Orr Plumbing came and found and fixed all the leaks and got my gas cut back on. This time, I had a super backed up main drain. They came and worked hard to fixed the problem and gave me a very detailed explanation of what was cleared out.
