Excellent service department and the customer service is the best!
I do not recommend buying a car from this location. My partner and I went to this location to test drive a car i found online, I was told on the phone the car was on the lot and available. When we arrived, the car had been already sold. Then started the most ridiculous car buying experience I've ever been a part of. We were told that they would fine us something across all their lots for the price we disclosed. Darren went above and beyond to accommodate every request. He made my experience so simple I had to think about what just happened. Chris handled all the paperwork in less than a hour. They are delivering my car an hour away from their office and picking up the trade in! The service during my buying experience has been above top notch. Thank you Nissan of Hot Springs. A huge shout to Keli, Joe, and Chris! I spoke with Keli on Friday and they had me in a car on Saturday, considering I have a low credit score and my down payment they were able to get me in a very nice car! They will not honor warranties, I would avoid this dealership. I was told that they wouldn't honor the drivetrain warranty because I didn't do my service at their location, I believe they are violating the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Attached is the Info for people to inquire about the class action lawsuit, I myself will also be reaching out to them to get info .
