****, whos a salesperson, and also claims to hold other titles at this dealership is a liar, a thief, and has zero credibility. You can believe nothing he says. Do yourself a huge favor, take your business elsewhere.
Do my oil changes every time. They are fast and efficient! Will continue to go there. Also, referred all of my children to purchase and have had no issues.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. These idiots sell me a lemon, and then try to say I wasn't getting oil changes and that's why there's sludge in my engine and that's why my warranty won't cover it. That's not true. I got 3 changes and I only got the car in August. I've had to fill the oil every two weeks and I got the spark plugs and coils replaced as well as several other issues. While I'm looking into getting receipts from the oil change and they look into everything and getting it fixed, they won't even provide me a loan... read more
On 07/20/2020, before spending $654.28 at the desk, I ask the service worker that handled my Altima about further explanation about a particular repair. He got disrespectful and said "ungrateful n***a" towards me. The advisor at the time was *** B***** at the time. I had brought two altimas from them (one in 01/2013 and the other in 12/2014). My experience with *** Nissan was negative. That said, I ultimately signed the paperwork, they did nothing explicitly illegal to my knowledge, nor did they have any required obligation to make things right. I am primarily mad at myself for falling for every known bad sales practice. I made an appointment to look at a car and had a limited time slot to do so.
