Not very helpful when you have issues. Didn't seem to want to help.
ORR medical has been very helpful for my husband and me with our CPAP machines. They have many items in their facility for most any type of medical items you may need. Wheel chairs, rolling walkers, regular walkers, crutches, etc. The staff are willing to go out of their way to help you get what you need.
