Update, late '24 and early '25. Unfortunately service even when sch tajes well over an hour sometimes 2 hrs just for an oil change. When you ask service guy/gal they try to ignore or "go check" which ive learned they then diappear for awhile. No more car washes! I would be here all day! What happened to yalls great service after a sale????? Schedule service ahead with appt. - very little waiting. Love they always wash my car !!!
I absolutely love this place, we have had issues with our 2023 sonata and have taken it to hyundai in pinebluff which was a joke they didn't find anything wrong even after we pulled away and the car stalled in the middle of the road so we drove the car all the way to ORR Hyundai in Texarkana and they went above and beyond and found we had an electrical issue and they are sending us home in a loaner car even though we live 209 miles away.
