I came in here for an oil change, tire rotation, and a diagnostic for my passenger seat not working. Oil service was a little pricier compared to your typical non-dealership oil change service and it did take a lot longer, but that might have been due to the diagnostic. HOWEVER, this is why I give them 2 stars. I asked them to do a diagnostic on my passenger seat and figure out why my power seat was not working. My 2023 GMC had an issue just south of Dangerfield after hours 2 nights ago. I had it towed to Orr GMC and left my keys in the drop box along with an explanation of the issues on the envelope they provided. We were on vacation and had to get a hotel for the night. I fully expected to either have to stay a second night or get a loaner vehicle until it could be repaired. Very upset that our new vehicle shut down after less than 500 miles. We bought it for dependability and reliability only to have this happen. Not a reflection on the dealership or salesmen who sold it to us but on GMC. F- The gentleman at the service desk was very understanding and kind.
