I bought a new GMC 2500 diesel truck and I have many problems... GMC service is worse. I took my truck to be fixed 3 times and the third time it was another 3 weeks and they never touched it or fixed it...Friend, I do not recommend buying a truck in that place.The third time I checked my truck they got angry and the technician slammed the door of my truck hard. I got very angry.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT purchase an extended warranty when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. After reading the fine print and contacting the dealership and submitting the paperwork required, they have been ghosting me. I call and leave voicemails. No return calls. Horrible. Bought my niece a vehicle from them two months ago. Two hours after the purchase the check engine light came on. The vehicle has been in five times for the same code. Loose connection, valve cover and pcv valve, Catalytic converter. This past week it was dropped off on Wednesday evening. It was Tuesday when I got it back. They replaced an o2 sensor.
