I bought a new GMC 2500 diesel truck and I have many problems... GMC service is worse. I took my truck to be fixed 3 times and the third time it was another 3 weeks and they never touched it or fixed it...Friend, I do not recommend buying a truck in that place.The third time I checked my truck they got angry and the technician slammed the door of my truck hard. I got very angry.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT purchase an extended warranty when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. After reading the fine print and contacting the dealership and submitting the paperwork required, they have been ghosting me. I call and leave voicemails. No return calls. I continue to call, and when I do actually get to talk to someone, I’m told, “oh yea, we have a sticky note here with your name on it, we’ve been very busy, we will look into that…” I requested cancellation on April 8th, 2025 and was told to allow 4-6 wee... read more
