I purchased a 2010 silverado from here around 6 months ago the sales staff was pleasant and easy to deal with. The service department however showed their lack of concern for safety when they allowed the truck to be sold with on 1/8" (if that) left on the brake pads and shoes. The fact the service team would allow a vehicle to leave their bay, after putting brand new tires on a vehicle, then neglect something as important as checking brakes is awfully neglectful.
