Service counter, specificly Eduardo De La Fuente, has excellent customer service. The diesel mechanic also was able to resolve the issues with my truck extremely fast! I definitely recommend this Chevy dealer for servicing your vehicle.
I bought a truck here. I have found that they are inadequate and the customer service is unwelcoming here. They do not follow through nor do they think about their inadequacy. If I didn't trade my truck in and have a new Iease, I'd not do business with them unless being forced to.
These salesman are hungry. I had one follow me all over the lot in the hottest part of the day. Kinda felt bad sitting in my air-conditioned car driving around the lot.
Took my 2002 trailblazer that I purchased from here (Or) last September in for an oil change and asked for the Idol to be turned up a little. He Did not explain that they needed to do a diagnostic, but that’s OK. When they came back to me three hours later he presented me with a $1500 estimate of things that needed to be done, mentioning that it needed a tuneup.
