I purchased a vehicle from Orr Cadillac of Fort Smith remotely from northern Minnesota, 950 miles away. We agreed on a sale price over the phone, and I mailed a check to reserve the car since I wouldn’t be able to travel for a few weeks. I was told to write the check for about $10,000 over the agreed price to cover tax, title, and license fees. That seemed high, but I trusted what they told me. Our salesman lied during negotiations so we walked out. They called and asked what they could do, we said accept our 1st offer. They did, so we bought the truck on Dec 28. Picked it up on Dec 30th, took it back on Jan 2nd (they were closed on Jan 1st) rear-end was making terrible noise. The service guy said they checked the fliulluid level in the rear-end using the dip stick. Rear-end need rebuilt .
