This is Orr Cadillac in Shreveport, Louisiana. Their head mechanic Jeff swears that he’s been mechanic for over 40 yrs & he insisted it was ok to drive car with broken PCV pipe. Imm the last 3-4 months repairs have added up to over $11,000!!!! Yes it is still under warranty. I bought the extended 120,000 mile warranty when I purchased this certified ATS turbo. Their customer service from Service Representative was discriminative. As well as the uncourteous and unprofessional service that I received from Mr Jamie, the store manager. My vehicle was held for 4 months by Orr Cadillac for repairs. During the 4 month hold, they repaired my car 3 times and presented my car back to me with the axel issues not fixed. I wish I didn't have to put a star !! Let me start by saying my car has been in and out the shop for a year now for the same problem I've spent over 6,000 and my car is still not fixed !!!! I am completely furious that people take advantage of loyal customers for greed !!!! They will do what you can to buy the car. Once you get it they will not help fix any problems even under warranty. Jamie ***** will not return phone calls or talk to you when you come to the dealership. Once they get you to purchase the car there is not further help. They do not complete accurate checks of their cars and have false advertising. Will advertise a feature on a car that doesn't work just to sell the car. I would like to express my concerns about Gregg Orr auto dealerships. The company is a complete rip off. I was a very loyal customer and bought 3 vehicles from them in less than 10 years. I went in and purchased a extended warranty that cost $3,550.00. I was told it would cover everything except wear items, which is called a plan B warranty. When my vehicle had to go in for service I later found out it was a plan F which is basically a power train warranty. My car isn't that old so a power train warranty is useless. Never bu... read more
