Orr performed unnecessary repairs on an excellent performing car @ hefty costs. Would go as far to say that my strong suspicions are the salesman interacted with service convincing him to badly repair a service i.e. starter (BMW Repair Manual 101) just to initiate what he felt was an easy sale. All causing a very serious accident when the car stopped suddenly @ green traffic light. This not only unwarranted costly expense but 15 days of time. I don't see how these people sleep @ night. I had an appointment with John Williams the Internet Sales Manager 318-629-1269 jwilliams@orrbmw.dealerspace.com But he didn't show or called. At 10:30 I called John's office to see if something had happened but the operator told me that John was at the dealership but not answering his extensions and asked me if I wanted to leave a message. My guess is that customers are not important to this company if a manager can't keep an appointment or at least have the decency to call and cancel.
