I have been using Orr for over 15 years. 6 bmw's: 1 z4, 2 3 series, 1 x3, 2 650's. I that time Chris and his staff have been fair and just in the process of fixing and repairing everything from mechnical to electrical issures. I had tried diffrent shops along the way but always seem to find myself back in the Orr shop. Added bonus is the shop dog.
Came in briefly to get something checked on my A6. Brian and the team were very polite and helpful. They took a few minutes out of their day to assist and I was on the road. Thanks
Orr Autosport was such a great experience. From the second you walk in you can tell you’re in good hands with enthusiasts who appreciate these machines, and they follow through on that. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.
I had my Mini Countryman serviced at ORR in Jan 2020. The thermostat, battery and spark plugs were replaced. It’s been driven 20K miles since then and the thermostat just failed again. I was told an “after-market” part was used. It was my impression - based on reputation - that original manufacturer parts would be used. This part absolutely should not have failed again this soon! Please do better and use original quality parts when doing expensive repairs!
My last two visits to Orr Auto were excellent. My first visit was simply a sensor that the dealer failed to plug back in after routine maintenance. They could have easily charged me for a new sensor, but instead they just noticed it was unplugged and plugged it back in. My next visit was a suspension repair, which they quickly identified and repaired. They also put in the effort to work with my warranty company. I would definitely recommend their service over the dealer.
