Beware of this companies dishonest, deceptive real estate practices. They don't understand real estate laws and don't seem to care if they breach contracts with tenants they represent. They will ask you to lie as a tenant to cover up for all their office staff errors with landlords and HOA's. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and unapologetic for errors made that will impact your entire life in a financial and emotional way. Our summer vacation at the house on Madison street (Laurel park) was wonderful! The house is beatiful, impeccably clean and has every amenity we needed to enjoy. The location is great, the neighborhood full of peace and tranquility and with services and great restaurants nearby. The Orquera Team was attentive, empathetic and ready to solve everything we need.
