Our summer vacation at the house on Madison street (Laurel park) was wonderful! The house is beatiful, impeccably clean and has every amenity we needed to enjoy. The location is great, the neighborhood full of peace and tranquility and with services and great restaurants nearby. The Orquera Team was attentive, empathetic and ready to solve everything we need. We used them to rent our investment property, was a terrible experience. Dishonest and deceptive management practices for us and our renter. They ended up taking 45% of the total amount charged for the rental. Watch out for all the fake hidden fees they charge when they give you the itemized invoice. Run away from them!
