Been going to orps parts for many years now always had a decent experience. But I am never steeping foot in that store ever again. Jim is not someone you want to do business with and I strongly recommend you get your parts else where. They have absolutely zero professionalism when it comes to talking to customers. Purchased a set of dirtbike tires back in December 2025. I had them put on now give the riding season is starting, and my mechanic had informed me that the tires are 10 years old. I was charged for the price of new tires which is very disappointing. If the tires were of a certain age I should have been made aware by the employee and the price should have substantially been reduced.
Try to avoids this place - this place has tailgate lights warranty!!! As soon as you leave you get none!!! Even if you dont use the product and try exchanging it for something else next day or return - they offer you not even half a price - all they say they r loosing money!!!! Do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!
