OrPro never delivered a usable pair of ultra-flex braces for my disabled son. The first pair they delivered allowed hypo flex. I returned the braces to them for what was supposed to have been a minor repair. Through the PT clinic, they returned what turned out to be mismatched braces--one of them was clearly cast for another client. My son's physiatrist verified this.
