I called Orphe's two days ago and scheduled an appointment to fix our Samsung Dryer. They called and confirmed the appointment, called when they were on the way, and arrived when they said they would. The service professional was a real pro and had the repair done in 30 minutes. The cost was reasonable as well. I'll definitely call them when I have any other issues with an appliance.
