I brought my computer in due to it continually shutting down due to what it said was a power surge. It turned out that it had been over heating and the motherboard was fried. In the process of the investigation he also found out that my hard drive was in the process of becoming corrupted. He didn't have anything in stock that could replace what I had but he helped me shop online to find the cheapest solution for me and then transferred everything from my corrupted hard drive to the new computer.
